Company Secretary and Group Legal Advisor Kevin Kissane, LL.B View details

		Kevin, 53, joined Antisoma in 2007. Following work as a solicitor in private practice, he held legal positions at biopharmaceutical and healthcare companies including at UCB Celltech and Amersham plc ( now GE Healthcare ). Kevin was General Counsel at Amersham Health.

Chief Medical Officer Gary Acton, MA, MBBS MRCP View details

		Gary, 48, joined Antisoma as Chief Medical Officer in April 2006, with 19 years’ experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. He was Vice President of Clinical Development at Vernalis for five years and has also held the posts of European Managing Director of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. and UK Director of Clinical Research for Fujisawa.

Director of Business Development Nicholas Adams, BSc View details

		Nick, 43, was appointed Director of Business Development in November 2003. Prior to this he was Business Development Manager for four years. Before joining Antisoma, Nick held R&D positions at Ciba-Geigy, Eisai Ltd and Cephalon Inc.

Director of Communications Daniel Elger, BA, PhD View details

		Daniel, 37, was appointed Director of Communications in April 2005, having been Head of Corporate Communications at Antisoma since 2002. Before joining Antisoma he worked for medical publishing companies and two pharmaceutical communications consultancies, Blackwell Healthcare and Avenue HKM.

Director of Project Management and Manufacturing Sharon Grimster, BSc View details

		Sharon, 48, was appointed Director of Project Management and Manufacturing in April 2004. Previously she held a variety of senior research, manufacturing and project management roles at Celltech. From 2002 to 2004, Sharon was Director of Westerly Projects Ltd. Sharon has chaired the Manufacturing Advisory Committee for the BIA since 2003.

Director of Research Fiona McLaughlin, PhD View details

		Fiona, 37, joined Antisoma as Director of Research in August 2007. Previously she has held the posts of Director of Pre-clinical Development at BTG plc and Head of Biology at Topotarget AS in Oxford. She has also held R&D positions within GSK.

VP US Operations Chris Smyth, BSc, PhD, MBA View details

		Chris, 39, was appointed VP, US Operations in 2007, having been Head of Clinical Operations at Antisoma since July 2003. Before joining Antisoma he was General Manager of the CRO, CPR Europe. Prior to that he held the positions of Director, Clinical Operations and Director, Clinical Monitoring, Northern Europe for MDS Pharma Services.
