Out-licensing
Antisoma is looking for partners for the following products:
AS1413 For ex-USA only. A novel DNA intercalator in phase III for secondary AML.
AS1402 A humanised monoclonal antibody (huHMFG1) which targets the glycoprotein, MUC1, that is overexpressed and aberrantly glycosylated in the majority of epithelial tumors. Phase II data are available.
AS1409 A fusion protein combining the anti-tumour cytokine IL-12, with the tumour-targeting antibody BC1. A phase I trial with AS1409 in patients with malignant melanoma and renal cell carcinoma has been completed.
In-licensing
Antisoma seeks opportunities to in-license novel, targeted cancer drug candidates. The Company maintains ongoing research collaborations with many of the institutions where its drugs were first developed.
We welcome contact from research institutions and biotech/biopharmaceutical companies that have targeted cancer products, either in late preclinical or early clinical stage development. We are also interested in discussing earlier, preclinical stage collaborations.
Antisoma is currently seeking the following development-stage drug candidates in cancer:
- Clinical phase I or phase II (particularly for niche indications)
- Late pre-clinical (with in vivo proof-of-principle data)
