Out-licensing

Antisoma is looking for interested parties for the following products:

Xanafide (amonafide malate) For ex-USA only. A novel DNA intercalator in phase III for secondary AML

Oral fludarabine For USA only. The NDA for this oral formulation of fludarabine has been accepted for review by the FDA

P2045 A radiolabelled peptide that targets somatostatin, which is overexpressed in lung cancers (non-small cell- and small cell-lung cancers), neuroendocrine cancers, and some breast cancers. The phase II programme in lung cancers is currently in preparation.

Clomet A small molecule active metabolite of penclomedine. A phase I study in solid tumours is ongoing.

In-licensing

Antisoma seeks opportunities to in-license cancer drug candidates. The Company maintains ongoing research collaborations with many of the institutions where its drugs were first developed.

We welcome contact from research institutions and biotech/biopharmaceutical companies that have targeted cancer products, either in late preclinical or early clinical stage development. We are also interested to discuss earlier, preclinical stage collaborations.

Antisoma is currently seeking the following development-stage drug candidates in cancer:

• Clinical phase I or phase II (particularly for niche indications)
• Late pre-clinical (with in vivo proof-of-principle data)
