Shares in issue
As at 21 March 2013 the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 639,360,364 ordinary shares with voting rights. Antisoma does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Antisoma is 639,360,364.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Antisoma under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

ADR program
Antisoma has a Level One American Depositary Receipt (ADR) Program.
This will enable US investors in Antisoma to trade in a dollar-denominated equity instrument.
